For new construction or renovation projects, the ultra-thin MicroEdge lens downlight simplifies installation by installing directly into drywall or suspended ceilings without the need for a recessed housing or junction box, saving time and money. The HLB3 is an an interior downlight or exterior soffit lighting fixture that works in both IC and non-IC ceilings. It's an economical solution for general area lighting in low to medium height ceilings.

The ultra-thin MicroEdge downlight is for new construction and renovation work and can install from below the ceiling in as little as a 1-1/2" plenum height. The HLB downlights can be used in direct contact with insulation and is airtight, reducing airflow between unconditioned and conditioned spaces and meeting restricted air flow requirements.

Installs virtually anywhere

The MicroEdge products install into a standard hole saw size cutout and is retained securely in place with springs. The driver box installs through a cutout and can be positioned remotely from the fixture fitting. The keyhole slots facilitate attachment to the building structure.
