	The EPACT Calculator is a helpful tool in estimating the tax benefits for both new and retrofit construction. It also offers payback analysis and system cost analysis benefits of existing vs. new systems. The spreadsheet is based on interim rules and is subject to change once the final regulations are published. The spreadsheet should be saved to your hard drive prior to using.
